We do our best to keep all menus, prices, descriptions, opening times, availability and other information accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Menu items, ingredients, prices and availability may change without notice. Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and the final product may vary.

4. Allergens and dietary requirements

Some of our food may contain or come into contact with allergens including, but not limited to, gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, fish, shellfish, celery, mustard, sulphites and other common allergens.

If you have an allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement, please contact us before placing your order or speak to a member of our team when ordering. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from traces of allergens due to the nature of food preparation environments.

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment is declined, information is incorrect or we reasonably believe the order may be fraudulent or unsuitable to fulfil.

An order is only accepted once we confirm it.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Prices may include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at the time of ordering. If you order through a third-party platform, their own payment terms may also apply.

7. Collection and delivery

If collection is available, please collect your order at the agreed time. If delivery is available, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, demand, kitchen delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure the delivery address and contact details you provide are correct. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery where incorrect information has been provided or where no one is available to receive the order.

8. Cancellations

Because our food is freshly prepared, cancellations may not be possible once preparation has started.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accepted once an order has been confirmed or preparation has begun.

9. Refunds

Our refund policy is set out separately on our Refund Policy page. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Bookings

If we offer table bookings, you agree to provide accurate booking details. We may contact you to confirm or amend a booking.

Please arrive on time. We may release tables if you are late and have not contacted us. For group bookings, deposits, cancellation fees or minimum spend requirements may apply where clearly explained at the time of booking.

Our website may link to or use third-party services such as payment providers, booking systems, delivery platforms, maps, social media platforms or review websites.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or policies of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control, website interruptions, third-party services, incorrect information provided by you or business losses where you use our services as a consumer.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
